Mooring
A full 24/7 mooring service is available to all clients.
High & heavy
SCH has the largest, most experienced and best equipped high and heavy team in the port.
Operatives drive and stow all types of wheeled and tracked vehicles and operate an extensive range of cargo handling equipment for static items.
Cars
Cars are loaded or discharged to the specification of the ship owner and car manufacturer. Ramp operations and deck lashing take place under close supervision.
Approximately 740,000 cars pass through the port annually, with SCH’s expertly handling tens of thousands each year.
Track-and-trace
SCH can tailor its advanced IT systems to connect seamlessly with that of customers’ varying IT systems.
That means you, the customer, can access cargo availability, location and status at any given time, offering peace of mind.
Administrative services
SCH also provides receiving and documentation services.
These include the handling of shipping notes and check-in documentation on arrival, cargo inspection, managerial duties and the lay out of quays and lay-down areas.
